Lanie Mousel

Senior Spotlight-Lanie Mousel

When Lanie Mousel was younger, she wanted to be a veterinarian. Her family once had a pet peacock named Pete. Steak is her favorite food, and her least favorite food is cottage cheese. Her biggest pet peeve is when people whistle. The accomplishment that she is most proud of is being a three-time State Track Champion! Three words that Lanie Mousel uses to describe herself are hard-working, kind, and athletic.

Jackson Wright

Senior Spotlight-Jackson Wright

Jackson Wright is the son of Kennley and Melissa Wright. Brooke, Mason, Kaysi, and Ava are his four siblings. His favorite thing to do with his family is go on a trip in the summertime. He admires his parents the most because they have taught him almost everything he knows. Jackson’s most valued possession is his snowmobile. He says riding the snowmobile is his favorite thing to do outside of school. This year has not been the best year for riding! The accomplishment that he is most proud of is receiving Academic All-State.

School will be dismissed at 1:30PM on Thursday, February 29th due to GBB SoDak 16. No afternoon preschool on Thursday, February 29th. Wednesday, February 28th will be a 3:30 dismissal instead of scheduled 2:30 dismissal.

Our girls bb team will play in Fort Pierre on Thursday the 29th against Wall. We are scheduled for a 5:30 CST tipoff, as such we will dismiss school on Thursday, February 29th at 1:30. There will also be no afternoon preschool on Thursday, February 29th.

On Wednesday the 28th of February we were scheduled for a 2:30 release. We will no longer have an early release on Wednesday, but instead get out at our regular 3:30 time.
